How do I set up my availability?
Go to your dashboard and click on "Availability". You can set your weekly schedule and block off specific dates.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly on Fridays for all completed lessons from the previous week.
What if a student doesn't show up?
You'll still receive partial payment for no-shows. Report the absence through your dashboard within 24 hours.
How do I handle a difficult student?
Contact our support team immediately. We have policies in place to protect tutors and can mediate if needed.
Can I set my own rates?
Yes! You have full control over your hourly rate. We recommend researching market rates for your subject.
